Military Transition Services

(MTS) was formed by a group of concerned business professionals who saw a need to assist unemployed, separating, retired, and homeless military personnel transition into the civilian world. Veterans see a significantly higher unemployment rate than the general population, and many are returning from service unprepared for the civilian marketplace. Many have never held a job in the civilian world. They lack the tools, and in some cases the confidence, they need to conduct a successful job search. MTS will provide various services to facilitate a successful transition, including referral services, résumé development, interview coaching, job search strategies, and opportunities for certifications so that clients will have the tools they need for a successful transition.
